MEET JOSHUA GALLOU, COMMUNITY OUTREACH COORDINATOR FOR YOUTH UNLIMITED
Joshua Gallou was born in Montreal to Dominique and Eileen Gallou as one of seven children. He committed his life to Christ in 2010 at the age of 25. Since that time, he has been faithfully attending and participating in the ministries of Bethel Community Church. As part of his spiritual development, he attended Prairie Bible College from 2012-2014. Upon returning to Montreal, he was invited to become a volunteer at Youth Unlimited, serving ever since, either on staff or as a volunteer.
Over the years Josh has worked in a variety of different jobs while continuing to volunteer at Youth Unlimited, but he has always felt that his primary calling was to be in vocational ministry. Obedient to this calling, starting in September 2024, Josh will be working in a full-time capacity for Youth Unlimited at Station 7 in Châteauguay, as Community Outreach Coordinator.
Having previously worked in a variety of occupations, Joshua enjoys serving practically wherever he can. His ease with young people is evident, as is his love and concern for them. He is also a gifted communicator and is passionate about prayer. God has given him an awareness that young people today are among the most receptive to the gospel. He is eager to share the gospel, engage them in relationship and make known to them God’s Word. His earnest desire is to be a disciple who makes disciples.
